For a period of time last year, I focused on limiting my canvas size to force myself to create from a new perspective. Typically I work on quite a large scale, but I limited myself within these pieces to communicate within four square inches. Astronomy is a hobby I share with Joel, and this was a nod to our long nights in the dark together spent photographing the stars.
